11 members turned up for this one on a lovely sunny afternoon, but with a quite chilly Northerly breeze cooling things down.
The usual problem of finding enough different species affected most of us, with a few not finding two dogs and two wrasse.
John Jones stayed on the breakwater, and despite not finding an in-size ballan, he did manage to win with a bag including two smoothounds, one of which took the heaviest fish prize at 1.76 kgs. His bag was 2 smoothounds, 1 dog, 1 Pollack, and a cuckoo wrasse for 3.95 kgs.
Second place went to Mitch, with 2 dogs and 2 ballans for 3.28 kgs., 3rd was Arwel Davies with 2 dogs, 2 ballans and a Pollack for 2.70, and I was 4th with 2 dogs, 2 ballans and 2 tompots. for 2.65
Top team were Norman and myself with 70 points, and the golden card rolls over to £199 to the August match ( unlucky Mitch, second doesn`t quite do it )
