24 hardy anglers turned out in horrendous weather conditions with high winds and heavy rain for the first match of the winter league at Penmeanmawr on Saturday.
Top rod on the night was welsh international angler Gary Wood with a length of 7.99m.
2nd on the night was John Jones with a length of 4.38m, 3rd was Daz shuk Jones with 3.94m, last of the places went to 4th Mark Viercant with 2.98m.
Top junior on the night was Alphie House-Goodwin, well done Alphie sticking it out in them conditions, he had 0.86m. Top lady on the night was Nia Williams who had 1.14m.
Longest fish was won by Ian Williams with a bass of 48cm.
