13 members fished last night, with a warm evening and flat calm sea it meant whiting and dogs were to be expected, but most of the whiting were undersize as usual, although a few found the odd one or two that were big enough.
Bill McLintock carried on his winning streak to a 3 match run, with a winning bag of 12 dogs, I managed 2nd place with 10, and Mitch 3rd with 8. Gary Bates had 7 and 2 whiting for 4th place, and Dave Lunt 5th with 6 dogs, Mike Peters was 6th with 5 and 2 whiting, having drawn the `golden card` which now rolls over to £298.
The heaviest fish was a dog of 1.08 kgs. to Gary Bates, and top team were Gary and Mitch with 68 points. No juniors or ladies fished.
