Ive picked a date for the final match of the junior summer league.

Sunday 12th December
Connahs Quay - Dock Road 15-00 until 18-00
Book in at the venue at 14-30

I will have a couple of dates for a winter league soon.

Never fished there Kev, is it off the dock wall? What bait will they need? Cheers.

Ive been told frozen lug outfishes fresh, especially tipped with a bit of Macky. Flounders with the chance of a Whiting.

Fishing off the dock wall straight out of the car so happy days!

just wondering if you could give us some dirctions to this junior match at connahs quay as we haven't fished there and don't know the area well.

As you know Stephen, the match is off but we may fish there in the future as its an easy venue with some good Flounders.

Search for Dock Road, Connahs Quay on Google maps and it will show you the area. I cant get the link to work otherwise i would put one up.

Come off the main road before you go over the new bridge and go towards Connahs Quay on Kelsterton Road. As you go up the hill Dock Road is on the left and you fish behind some factories straight out of the car but fresh water kills the fishing.

Never been there myself but thats the info i was given about the place. Dont know if anyone else can add anything?
