with the rafa lads having a match on the breaky on saturday we decided to have a go on one of the beaches friday night and sleep over for the match

got to the beach about 2 hours before high water with it being strong winds from the south the beach was unfishable so we decided to go and have a couple of hours on the breaky got to the breaky and started fishing the tide in off the backwall first cast and had a bite resulting in a 3b rockling

well with the fishing being poor with the odd doggiie as well we got a couple of hours sleep then it was off to wylfa to have a look at the venue but with it raining hard al morning and the rocks being a bit dangerous we moved on to fish chair rock after getting some good rag worm for Winnies Worms in holyhead after a slide down the rocks and grass we set up a float rod each and the fishing was again slow but we were still getting wrasse and some being a decent size

got to the breaky meeting up with bootsy, ste and tony
the match started with a lot of doggies showing

my dad was fishing down the side and was getting lots of small stuff
