| From the lack of response, i assume everyone has the same idea as me and are avoiding the place like the plague while the yearly influx of knobs are there swilling cans of super and flinging sets of feathers all over the place. Normal service will be resumed when the kids go back to school and we get our roads, beaches and piers back for another 8 months. The Victoria Open is usually won with good bags of Dogs, with the possibility of a Bass or a Codling if its rough, and Gurnard, early Whiting and Plaice, Flounder and Dabs to add a bit of variety. There will be plenty of fish for everyone, and with Flynnie moving his last Welsh qualifier to clash with this match, there are likely to be a few of the superstars missing, giving the rest of us more of a chance. | |
