Last Saturday saw the latest installment of the summer league fished on the main beach at Pwllheli, 23 anglers turned up on the day. With the weather set fair the lads were expecting a few fish.
1st on the day was club newcomer and Holyhead match organiser Dave Cave with a mixed bag of bream and bass and dab for a length of 2.65m, well done Dave.
2nd was Welsh International Gary Wood who had bream dab and dogfish for a length of 1.96m.
3rd was Mark Davies who had eel flounder Gurnard for 1.11m, last of the main prizes went to club newcomer Rich Hughes who had 5 bream for 1.04m.
Longest fish of the match went to match regular Mike Peters who had a garfish of 58cm.
Top lady on the night was Tanya Denny who managed 2 flounder and an eel for 1.11m.
