| Judging by the long range forecast of strong South/South Westerlies the week before, we may need an alternative!
Mark, the limits are usually the rock to as far as anyone wants to walk to the golf course end, but nobody usually bothers to go far.
The last match we had there was won from in front of the beach cafe, which is where we sign on, and i was second fishing more towards the rock.
Ill discuss it with my old man later and work out a contingency plan, but what we usually do is meet up, and move somewhere else if conditions are too bad. Everyone who is there has a say on where we fish then and we put it to a vote.

| Hi Kev we are coming down in a coach thats all and if its unfishable i will need to go somewhere else. Ideally i need to make a decision prior to leaving home. I need a beach with coach access and not a long walk as we have a few oldies going. do you have any ideas mate, was thinking of top of the llyn. cheers Mark | |

| I am thinking possibly Morfa Nefyn, Aberdesach, Porth Oer or Dinas as fall back venues.
I know you can get a coach near the beach at Dinas, but im not too sure about Aberdesach and ive never been to the other 2, just heard of people fishing there.
Ill have a look on multimap and ask a couple of people for more details and report back when i know more.

| The inter club match sounds good.
How about one on the Mersy and one on one of our local beaches?
We will be picking the dates for our Winter league in November and im sure we could work something out, especially if its 2 more matches to count towards the Penn Clubman league.
Our red team was second in last months edition so we will have to see how we are doing this month.

| dont renew your membership wando theres no need to handicap them anyway we would only get about 8-10 lads anyway. dont know if we can have an inter-club match on the penn club league will find out, if not we could treat it as seperate matches anyway. | |

The only news is that ive had a better offer and so wont be fishing I havent got a clue what the weed is like, although a question on Fishing4u or WSF forums might give you some up to date news. Have a good match, wherever you end up.

There was a lot of weed close in but if you kept your rod tip high on your rest it wasn't a problem. There's plenty of bream down there,I ended up with 7 in a couple of hours and i missed a few .I'll put a few picys up when i get a min over the wk-end.
