18 members fished on Saturday in the Dee estuary rover, with 16 weighing in.
The bags were mainly of flounders, with a few dabs, plaice, and eels showing up, as well as a lone codling and a weever.
4 of the top 5 bags came from Flint, and the best of the rest from Bagillt and the area behind Kingspan at Greenfield.
Dave Mitchell had the top weight, with 12 flounders and a couple of eels from Flint for a bag of 4.83 kgs .John Major had 6 good flounders and a couple of eels for 2nd place with 4.45 kgs. 3rd was Gary Bates with 8 flounders and 2 eels for 4.21 , and the last of the cash went to John Jones, with the best Greenfield bag of 5 dabs, 4 flounders, and a plaice for 3.42.
John Davies was 5th with 3.17, and Jordan Roberts 6th with 3.13. Top team were Mitch and Gary in 1st and 3rd with 72 points, and the heaviest fish was one of Gary`s flounders at 0.75 ( 1-10-00 lbs.)
The golden card remains intact and now stands at £ 448.
