Summer shore league match 8 North Shore last night

Another wet night for this one, we can`t seem to avoid the weather sometimes, it didn`t stop all night!
17 members came to get wet, 15 managed to find something to weigh in, but it was hard work, with undersize whiting throwing themselves at every bait presented.
Dave Jones managed to find 5 in size whiting and a dog for a weight of 1.55 kgs., and first place .Mark Hill took 2nd with a dog, a whiting and a dab for 1.28, John Jones was 3rd with a dog and 2 whiting for 1.07, Terry Jones 4th with a codling and a whiting for 1.04, Barry Haigh 5th with a dog and a whiting for 0.89, and Dave Mitchell 6th with a dog of 0.87, which also took the heaviest fish prize.
Stephen Higginson took the junior prize with 0.28, and top team were Gary and Mitch with 62 points.
