straits 2-10-10

We fished the straits again on Sat starting up caernafon end for the bass, they weren’t playing ball so we moved back down towards pwllfanog for the afternoon and had a steady stream of cod, a few ballans and dogs. The codling were a bit bigger than last week, this been the biggest about 2lb.

nice fish dan,i was down there yesterday and the codling were all under sized,and the bites dyed right of as the tied came on the flood,quite windy aswell,had a nice eddy crab tho,you useing lud or rag worm dan???

Who had a steady stream of cod ???? . Bait used Craig was fresh and frozen lug.

It was prob the all the rain we had on sun morning, it wouldn't of done it any good anyway. We found it a bit quite on the start flood aswell it was better when the tide was running.

cheers for that dan,ill be down there again very soon,those codling should be atleast 2-3lb by now,but hey may get better as it starts getting colder
