Crusader 17th April Prestatyn/Talacre

Great weather brought out the boats some had an early start
Jason just can’t stay in bed,


All stacked up on the Bank



Decided to take a look for a few silvers so set of to find a bit of rough ground what was not to crowded



Found a nice mark and dropped the hook and set up the 4 rods to give it a try was straight into small bites and the rod was tipping constant



Then along came a few friends to join in the fun was surrounded by 6 seals with in ½ hour must have been fish around but not interested in fresh Kimmel Bay worm’s







Decided to have a quick snack alfresco style managed a few flatties but nothing for the plate sadly








Just popped out and got a few more fresh for tomorrow got to be worth a try mite give it a go a bit further out see if any mackerel are showing

Shame about the fishing Geoff but it was a great day to be out. It shouldn't be long before it picks up.
