Another iffy forecast for this match so were off to the Menai Straits once again. Launching at Moel y Don conditions were not too bad once you were on the water and the rain held off so all in all not too bad at least we were fishing.
Once again we found the fishing very patchy struggling to get our species count up to a respectable figure.
At the way-in one boat stood head and shoulders above the rest, Dan and Adam on O2B@C had managed an impressive 15 speciesfor 65 points six species more than Rosea in second placed with 9 and 1 specimen giving them 48 points, Bass Hunter was third with 9 species and 46 points and Hanna Lou fourth with 8 species and 44 points.
Bass Hunter took the roundfish pool with a huss of 4-06-08 and O2B@C took the triple roleover flatty pool with a flounder of 1-01-04 just to prove that there is something flat to catch in the Straits. Last but not least young Lewis Brownson took the junior prize. Thanks to all who attended.
