I have been told by several of the local anglers on the Wirral to make sure everyone is aware of the dangers of fishing this venue. It isn`t possible to fish a 4 hour match there, as you have to wade out on to the bank on the ebb, and you have to wade back shortly after the tide starts to flood. I won`t be chancing it, I`ll stick to Perch Rock, no fishing match is worth getting drowned for!

Thanks for that, Terry. I am supposed to be fishing a match there this Sunday, with the NWASAC, PM section= 4–9pm. lw approx 7pm (3 down, 2 up). As you can see, a 5 hour match. I've never fished here, what do you think? Thanks again, Andy

I`ve never fished there myself, and I don`t intend to this week either.

Thanks for that, Terry.. Could very well be Pensarn for LW with the pump, and fish the flood Sunday evening instead then My first Match with the good people on here will be the Flint Cob one, as I work Saturdays. I will keep an eye on the closure of the bank at Flint and let you know if it's still going to affect the CBVSAC Match. Thanks again, Andy
