19 members fished last night, on a wet and windy night, with rockling the main target. Most of us struggled to find even one of those, but by the end 15 managed to weigh in. Apart from the rockling, there were a couple of flounders, a dab, and a few sea scorpions.
Darren Jones took the honours, with a pool winning flounder of 0.51 kgs. and a rockling for a total of 0.60.
Norman Dorling was 2nd with 4 rockling for 0.55, Barry Haigh 3rd with 3 and a sea scorpion for 0.44, and the last of the cash went to Bill McLintock with 3 and a sea scorpion for 0.33.
Dan Davies was 5th with a flounder of 0.29, and Mark Hill 6th with 2 rockling for 0.23.
Jack Peters took the junior prize with one rockling of 0.07, and top team were Barry and Billy in 3rd and 4th places with 69 points.
