| We need to get a meeting organised soon to pick dates and venues for this year`s matches. I`ll ask at this Saturday`s match if the majority would prefer a weeknight or a weekend, but for anyone who can`t make it on the night I wiil be glad to accept suggestions by e-mail or p.m.

| This meeting has now been arranged for Wednesday February 29th.at 20-00 at the clubhouse, if you can`t make it on the night, any proposals or suggestions you notify me of will be discussed and voted on at the meeting. | |
