17 members made the long distance trip down the Lleyn for this one, there were plenty of fish caught, but some of us fared a lot worse than others, with undersize wrasse seeming to find the baits as soon as they hit the bottom.
Dave Mitchell took the honours with a 6.80 kgs. bag of 5 species, which included this specimen huss of 2.90 ( 6lbs. 6 ozs )
John Jones was second with 6 species for 4.70 kgs, and was unlucky to lose a double figure smoothound at the water`s edge.
Mike Peters took 3rd place with 5 species for 4.12 kgs. and retains the top spot in the league. Norman Dorling was 4th with 2.72, Paul Jones 5th with 2.36, and Colin Elmer 6th with 2.22,
Jordan Davies took the junior prize with 1.91 kgs. in 7th place, including this specimen wrasse of 1.11 kgs. ( 2-07-04 lbs.)
Top team were Mike Peters and Dave Lunt with 65 points, and the golden card rolls over to £175 for the next match.
