Clubman teams match at Tan-lan last night

10 members fished last night, with 8 weighing in. The fishing was a lot harder than the previous match there a fortnight ago, with a lot less of the usual undersize whiting around, and very few of the insize ones either.
Arwel Davies took first place with a codling and 4 whiting for 2.07 kgs. I had a codling and 2 whiting for 1.73 in 2nd, Paul Jones was 3rd with 2 whiting and a dab for 0.87, Mike Peters 4th with 3 whiting and a dab for 0.86, and Dave Jones took the last of the points in 5th with 3 whiting for 0.79.
The heaviest fish was my codling at 1.10 kgs. ( 2-06-08 lbs.)

thats good to here that theres still a few decent sized codling around,ive struggled the past few weeks,what state of tide was fished??

It was a low water match, 2 hours down and 2 up.
