Fur and Feather results

25 members fished last night, with a light offshore breeze and a calm sea to wade into, it wasn`t too unpleasant at all ! The usual suspects were there in force, 26 cm. whiting in twos and threes, I`m sure if we raised the limit to 30 we`d catch them at 29 all night! Anyway all 25 weighed in, with the better bags coming from the Tan-lan headland area, here`s the full result.

In all fairness, Wayne and Chris took a gamble that could have worked well, but unfortunately didnt on this occasion.

With the way the beach changes every year, i think we all have a better idea of where to fish in the Winter league match!

We`ve all had that at one time or another.

me and wayne did take a gable on rhos point which fished well on the ebb but pants on the flood we wasted most of the night moving round on the flood because the tide comes in from every direction should of stuck to the 1st mark we picked nice one dan on the win with 20 fish

I was waiting for you to get stuck in about my result or lack of it kevin i had duff info that dogs would show off rhoes point an they did not an to rubb salt into our wounds we got pushed off the point by the incoming tide an finished the last hour fishing in a foot of water i should of listened to the match winner dan an went whiting bashing.well done to all who fished and thanks to kev and terry for running of it all.. I will get my revenge on kev in the winter league i might even let him wear my TEAM WALES jacket
