Dave Mitchell took 2nd place with 7 dogs and 6 whiting for 8.56, John Jones ,3rd with 6 dogs and 2 whiting for 6.16, and the last cash prize for 4th place went to myself, with 5 dogs and 3 whiting for 5.11.

This result, with Mitch beating J.J. by one point resulted in a tie for the champions position with the best 9 results from 12 to count. For the second consecutive year Mitch won the league on the countback of heaviest bag, by the slender margin of 75.03 kgs. to 72.25 kgs.
