Took Tom out this evening.

The plan was to stop at the boat match weigh in so he could see some proper fish, because i cant catch any, then on to bash some Mackeral.

After the weigh in, we headed to North Shore, and fished for about an hour.

There were plenty of other danglers out, but we saw no signs of fish, either in the water or on the beach.

Toms casting was coming on a treat, and he was hitting 30 to 40 yards, which is better than he has been doing, but i decided to stick his shrimp rig out a bit further for him, and snapped the top 3 inches off his rod in the process. Evil or Very Mad

I suggested a move, and he wasnt keen on Pidgeons, so we headed back to Tan Lan and walked from Beiruit along to the headland. Naff all here either, apart from a couple of snags which cost me a shrimp rig and a rubber eel.

Time for Mickey Ds and bed.

Not happy.
