The clubs A.G.M will be held on Thursday 31st July, at the clubhouse.

The meeting will start at 8pm.

Any proposals should be submitted in writing, no later than 28 days before the meeting, to Gary Jones, club secretary.

Its the Annual General Meeting, which is to elect the officers to run the club and to discuss any major changes in club laws that cannot be dealt with at committee or section level.

This year we will be installing a new club President and vice presidents as Mrs Hyde has given up the presidency recently.

is it worth me coming down kev or is it just formalitys its about time a few of us stared showing support to the good few that run the club

Wayne all members are very welcome to attend the AGM, any involvement in the running of the club is up to the individual member but be very carefull you may get roped into joining the Committee, subject to being proposed and seconded and being voted in by the existing Committee ( not as hard as it sounds ). My own view is we need new blood so we can move forward.
